1 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans~toasted
4 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Flour
3/4 Cup Karo Syrup
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
* 1/2 Cup Coconut~ optional*
Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Cool and then pour into small jar’s.
Keep in the refrigerator.
This is wonderful on Ice Cream, as a topping for cake’s or even stir some into your mornings hot oatmeal.
