This was shared with me by a friend who found it online, not sure if this is where – Closet Cooking but close enough for credit.
1/4 Cup buttermilk
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Jalapeno, stemmed and seeded
1 Clove garlic
1 Green onion
1/2 Lime, juice
1 Handful cilantro
Red Pepper Flakes, Salt and pepper to taste
Place everything in a food processor and puree.
We use this with cut up raw vegetables, chicken strips, pizza, you name it, it is a big plus in our household.
