3/4 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. firmly packed fresh dill leaves
1 Tbsp. firmly packed fresh tarragon leaves
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Place the first 11 ingredients in a food processor or blender 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape sides as needed.
I use this for Shrimp, Veggies, etc.
Cover and chill 1 hour before serving. Garnish, if desired.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
